Order SND / 422/2020, of May 19, which regulates the conditions for the mandatory use of a mask during the health crisis caused by COVID-19.

WHO MUST WEAR A MASK?

All persons six years of age and older are required to wear face masks on public roads, in open air spaces and in any closed space for public use or that is open to the public, when it is not possible to maintain a safe distance interpersonal of at least two meters.

WHEN IS IT NOT NECESSARY TO USE A MASK?

People who suffer from some type of breathing difficulties and are aggravated by the use of a mask.

People who due to justified health reasons, or who, due to their situation of disability or dependency, present behavioral changes that make the use of the mask unfeasible.

When carrying out activities in which, by their very nature, the use of the mask is incompatible.

Cause of force majeure or situation of need.

UNTIL WHEN WILL THIS BE AN OBLIGATION?

During the State of Alarm and it’s possible extentions.
